Indonesia Customer Whole-House Customization Project Cooperation Record

Recently, our factory has successfully reached a whole-house customization project cooperation with an Indonesian client. From the client's on-site inspection to the final signing, the whole process was advanced efficiently, winning the trust and recognition of overseas clients with our strength.

Focusing on the material details that the client cared about, we introduced the key points: The cabinets are made of 18mm thick E0 grade environmentally friendly particleboard, with formaldehyde emission exceeding national standards, paired with 1.5mm thick same-color PVC edge banding strips, featuring excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance, which can adapt to the humid climate in Indonesia. The door panels adopt a double-sided veneer process, with a surface wear resistance of ≥6000 revolutions, which is stain-resistant and easy to clean, very suitable for daily household use. The client verified the board processing accuracy on site and highly recognized the ±0.1mm cutting error and glue-free edge banding process.

Subsequently, the client visited the finished product warehouse, and the sufficient inventory and standardized warehouse management put the client's concerns about the delivery cycle and supply stability to rest. Immediately after, the client went to the real-life sample project delivered by our factory to experience the implementation effect of the whole-house customization in person: The sideboard adopts a handleless minimalist design with a stone countertop, combining both aesthetics and practicality. The bedroom wardrobe and dressing table are customized as a whole, with tight-fitting cabinets and scientific and reasonable storage planning, and the overall effect far exceeded the client's expectations.
During the business negotiation, we customized an exclusive cooperation plan for the client based on the characteristics of local apartment types and market aesthetic preferences in Indonesia, explained in detail the product specification adaptation, export process and after-sales guarantee, and patiently answered the client's questions. The client highly recognized the professionalism and adaptability of the plan, finalized the cooperation details and completed the signing on the spot.
