Successful Cooperation Case With Indonesian Office Furniture Client

Recently, our factory officially signed a contract with an Indonesian office furniture client, reaching a long-term procurement cooperation. The tabletop base material adopts 25mm thick E0 grade environmentally friendly particleboard, with formaldehyde emission better than the national standard. It is matched with 1.5mm thick PVC edge banding, which is waterproof, moisture-proof, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, suitable for the tropical humid climate;
The conference chair is filled with high-density rebound sponge + shaped cotton, with a seat cushion rebound rate of ≥60%. The chair frame is 25×25mm thick square tube, which can bear a load of more than 150kg, and its durability has passed 100,000 times of fatigue test;
The precision of plate cutting is controlled within ±0.1mm, with no edge chipping or glue lines at the edge banding. The client highly recognized our quality control standards.

Subsequently, the client visited the site of the large-scale conference office furniture project delivered by our factory in person. The standard conference table on site is 2400×600×760mm in specification, matched with conference chairs of 480×500×900mm in size. The overall layout is neat and the structure is stable, which fully meets the needs of 100-person level conference scenarios and intuitively demonstrates our factory's project implementation capabilities.
